An artist from our team takes your image and recreates the original handwriting by hand using digital art software. 

You will be prompted during the ordering process to “Choose File” before adding the product to your cart. If for some reason you cannot upload the image or if you upload the wrong image please email us at  digitalscriptkeepsakes@gmail.com. Please be sure to include the order number from your purchase.

Yes. Each product has the option of adding a proof of your order for an additional $5. Adding a proof may slow down the delivery of your purchase. The proof will be emailed to the purchaser within the 5 business days. We will not proceed with finalizing the order until the purchaser has replied to confirm/approve.

We do not accept refunds. We do offer the option to receive a proof of your order for $5. Our artists are very thorough and dedicated to creating high quality products. If an artist cannot create the handwriting conversion due to a poor quality image the order will be cancelled and only then will a refund be issued. This is at the discretion of the artist at time of creation and the purchaser will be notified immediately.

Approximately 5-15 business days. An artist will convert your handwriting within 5 business days. Digital conversion- Print from home orders will be emailed by the 5th day. If you ordered a physical product- the art will be transferred onto the product within 1 business day from the conversion. Your delivery will take place within 7 days from the product creation.

As of right now, no. We provide FREE shipping though. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance from when you need your order. Unless you are ordering a digital print- you will receive this via email and will only take 5 business days or less to receive.

It is possible, although hard to say prior to our artist reviewing it. Therefore, you can email an image to digitalscriptkeepsakes@gmail.com with the subject line “Review Quality”. If for some reason you have purchased a product and we cannot create a high quality conversion we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

1. Locate the recipe or message you would like to have as a special keepsake.
2. You will then:
   -a. Take a picture of it with your smartphone camera. Lay the handwriting on a flat surface in a well lit area and take the picture directly over head (not at an angle).
   -b. Use a scanner and scan it to your computer at a high resolution
3. Save the image on your phone or computer
4. Select a product from our shop that you want to purchase
5. Before adding to cart be sure to upload your image of the handwriting by clicking on the “Choose File” button
